Established in 2008, Estragon Tapas Bar has been serving traditional Spanish fare for over fifteen years. Madrid-native Julio de Haro and Australian co-owner Lara Egger have created a menu inspired by Chef Julio's childhood kitchen, drawing inspiration from old family recipes and Spain's diverse culinary landscape.
